Construction Operations Manager
In collaboration with divisional and executive management, Frank facilitates the overall operational goals established for the Division. As manager of SCOM, Fabrication Engineering, and Manufacturing, Frank's leadership skills and strategic thinking bring alignment to each undertaking.
Chad successfully performed in the capacity of Project Manager for 35+ years. As Special Projects Manager, Chad provides management and oversight of the Special Projects team on multiple construction projects each year, including LDS Temples, high-end residential, commercial, and custom glass and glazing projects.

Derek began his career in the glass and glazing industry in 1985. His experience includes projects such as 111 Main, City Creek Retail, Hyatt Hotel SLC, Ae'O Tower, 95 State, and the Salt Lake Airport Redevelopment project. An immense resource to the industry, Derek can be reached in the Salt Lake City, Utah Corporate office.
Chief Estimating Manager
Ben brings 30+ years of experience in the glass and glazing industry. His knowledge of curtain wall, architectural cladding systems and building enclosure processes is beneficial in accurately calculating job cost and mitigating potential risks to the project schedule or budget. Ben provides guidance and oversight of the Architectural Estimating team.
Northwest Regional Manager
Eric brings 25+ years of experience in the Northwest construction market. As Northwest Regional Manager, Eric works closely with divisional leadership and his team of estimators, project managers, and support staff in the completion of curtain wall, cladding systems, and glass and glazing projects.
