PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A development joint venture between Convexity Properties, Timberlane Partners, and High Boy Ventures, the 31-story high-rise luxury apartment building in downtown Salt Lake City on the corner of Broadway and 200 East is currently under construction. 

​

The space will include more than 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, panoramic rooftop views, a pool on the 12th floor, and generous amounts of open space for gathering. The building will stand 335 feet upon completion.
