PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Seraph Tower in Salt Lake City holds a varied history. The building was completed in 1966 and originally served as an office building for the University Club. It held the distinction as Salt Lake City's tallest tower until the completion of the LDS Church Office Building in the early 1970's.
The building is now being converted into 255 residential rental units by real estate developer, Hines.
The conversion is anticipated to be complete in the fall of 2025.
