PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 

As the first "vertical" convention center, the GBAC Star Facility, LEED Platinum Seattle Convention Center Summit's design is located within a dense, compact, urban footprint.

 

The center includes six levels of event space, a 58,000-square-foot ballroom, an open atrium, a cantilever staircase along Pine Street, a rooftop garden, and other design elements specifically chosen to enrich the local community.

 

At 1,500,000 square feet, the convention center is an "active contributor to bringing people together." LMN Architects
