PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Perkins+Will designed 11th & Idaho with enduring contemporary finishes accentuated by dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows offering an abundance of natural light and striking views. The 10-story building is located in the heart of downtown Boise, Idaho.

Incorporating sustainable materials into the design, the building features; 8-stories dedicated to office space, street-level retail, and a rooftop deck. The 10-ft ceilings with large windows that surround tenant spaces above the first floor provide 360-degree views of the Boise foothills and Treasure Valley. An impressive 5,000 sq-ft lobby featuring 18-ft lobby glass walls anchors the building and welcomes visitors and residents to the space.

During construction, the nation faced a once-in-a-lifetime health pandemic that challenged our ability to maintain a steady pace on the project. Due to our ability to quickly implement additional safety measures, and because of the dedication of both our office and field professionals, we were able to deliver a beautiful result on time and within budget for the owner, architect, and builder.
