The University Healthcare Center in Farmington, Utah is state of the art multi-specialty clinic offering primary, urgent care, and specialty care services. Steel Encounters was invited by Layton Construction to be part of the design/build team early in the process. 

 

Steel Encounters worked closely with the design and construction team to provide design-assist services throughout the pre-construction phase to help keep the project on track including; providing real-time budgets for cladding systems and curtain wall, and value-engineering options which helped the owner save money while meeting project goals.
