There is no charge to join the apprenticeship program, no student loans to repay, and as you grow - so does your take-home pay!

For building envelope in Utah, our group of commercial glazing and curtain wall professionals work in teams with general contractors, architect's, and building owners to install a variety of cladding systems, including glass and metal panel systems. Steel Encounters is also unique in that we maintain a 53,000 s.f. fabrication facility where we staff an average of 75 professionals who coordinate logistics and perform testing and quality control of incoming materials- before they ever reach the jobsite.
