The building is comprised of three main sections; the podium, the office tower, and the parking structure.

The tower features floor to ceiling glass and view corridors. The exterior has an articulated "glowing" glass veil structure at the roofline. In the evening, light emanates from behind the glass veil to give the building a glowing lantern effect.
